What the subscription includes
The set-by-set program builder, the session screen with a rest timer, the plate-loading chart, check-video uploads, coach chat, progress charts and streaks.
What it does not include
The coach's own fee. FORMA does not take part in payments between client and coach and takes no commission on sessions.
