How is an online coach different from an app with ready-made programs
Ready-made apps generate a plan with an algorithm and nobody watches how you lift. In FORMA a certified human coach builds the program around your goal, experience, injuries and available equipment, then reviews your videos and adjusts the load.
How much does an online personal coach cost
A FORMA subscription costs 2900 RUB per month on Basic and 5900 RUB per month on Plus. The first 14 days are free. Paying the coach for their work stays between you and the coach; the platform does not handle it.
How does video technique review work
You film a set on your phone and upload it in the app; only your coach can see it. The coach replies with a written review within 48 hours and changes weight, reps or the exercise itself when needed.
What equipment do I need
A phone and whichever gym or home setup you train in. The coach builds the program around what you actually have: barbell and rack, dumbbells, machines, or bodyweight only.
How do I check an online coach's qualification
Every FORMA coach is verified by hand: an administrator reviews diplomas and certificates, and only then the profile becomes active and can take clients. Specialisation, experience and languages are listed on the coach page.
How does a coach start working with clients remotely
Sign up as a coach, wait for document verification, then give a client your invite code. From there you build programs set by set, schedule them, receive videos and chat with the client in one place.
What should a coach's training program contain
Exercises in execution order, target weight and reps for every single set, rest time, warm-up sets and a substitution rule when equipment is busy. FORMA stores programs exactly that way, set by set, not as a vague 3x10 list.
What happens if I miss a session
A session not started before the end of the calendar day in your timezone is marked as missed. The streak is not lost immediately: you have 48 hours to repair it with any completed session, plus two freezes per month.
Can I change coaches
Yes. A client is linked to one coach at a time. Entering a new coach's code closes the previous link, while your training history and progress stay with you.
Which languages does the platform support
The FORMA interface is available in Russian and English. Language is part of the address: Russian at topforma.app, English at topforma.app/en.
