Terms of service

FORMA provides a tool for remote work between a coach and a client. The platform does not provide medical services and does not replace a doctor's advice.

Payment for coaching is made directly between client and coach. The subscription pays for tool access and can be cancelled at any time; access lasts until the end of the paid period.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the health data they provide and for exercising safely.
